The candidates who succeed are those who have: (1) Identified the 5–8 most likely questions for the role, (2) Prepared 3–5 "stories" that can be adapted to multiple questions, (3) Practiced structuring their responses with STAR or other proven frameworks, (4) Prepared thoughtful questions for the interviewer. This session addresses all of these preparation dimensions. ## Step-by-Step Instructions 1. **Panel Interview Dynamics**: With 2-6 interviewers in the room, the natural tendency is to focus on whoever asked the question. Correct approach: make initial eye contact with the questioner, then rotate eye contact through the panel, ending back with the questioner. 2. **Pre-Panel Research**: Learn who will be on the panel before the interview — research each person's role, background, and LinkedIn profile.
